1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be completed before tour commencement.
- Prices are quoted in agreed currency and may change due to park fees or government taxes.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information
- Hold a valid passport and required visas
- Follow guide instructions and safety regulations
- Respect local culture, wildlife, and environment
3. Health & Fitness
Some tours (e.g. safaris, hiking, Kilimanjaro climbs) require a reasonable level of fitness.
By booking, you confirm you are medically fit to travel.
4. Changes to Itinerary
While we aim to follow published itineraries, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to:
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Park regulations
- Guest safety
Such changes do not automatically entitle refunds.
5. Liability & Risk
Affordable International Travel is not liable for:
- Injury, illness, death
- Loss or damage of personal property
- Delays caused by airlines, weather, or third parties
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
